Privacy Policy

1. Data stored on the device

Cosmic Triples stores progress, settings, booster inventory, tutorial state, and level-balance measurements on the player's device. Local measurements can include level attempts, outcomes, play time, moves, tray pressure, blocked taps, and booster use. They remain on the device unless the player uses the Play Games cloud-save feature described below.

2. Google Play services and cloud saves

Google Play Games Services can provide sign-in and cloud saves. On Android, the game may initialize Play Games Services and check whether the player is already authenticated. For an authenticated player, Cosmic Triples can send an encrypted save payload containing progress, settings, booster inventory, tutorial state, and local balance measurements to that player's Google Play Games account.

Cosmic Triples does not call a Play Games API to read or display the player's account name or email. However, Play Games Services may process and store the account name, discoverable email address, gamer identity, IP address and approximate country or region, game activity, device identifiers, and diagnostic information to provide game services, analytics, and troubleshooting. Google Play also provides in-app update and review flows.

3. Optional rewarded advertising

Version 1.0.3 does not have a production rewarded ad unit configured. In the planned rewarded-ad update, ads are optional and are requested only after the player chooses a reward that includes an ad. Cosmic Triples does not use banner, interstitial, rewarded-interstitial, or app-open ads.

Version 1.0.3 also contacts Google's User Messaging Platform at app startup to check privacy-message requirements, even when no ad is displayed. This HTTPS request exposes the connection's IP address to Google and can include the device model, Android version, language, screen information, app and SDK versions, and stored privacy choices. Google uses this information to provide the privacy service and determine applicable privacy requirements. The prepared version 1.0.4 starts this request when a player chooses an optional rewarded ad.

Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform may process IP address and approximate location inferred from it, product interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit. The prepared version 1.0.4 configuration requests non-personalized, G-rated ads for every player, applies under-age-of-consent protections, and removes access to Android's advertising ID and Privacy Sandbox advertising identifiers.

The privacy entry in Settings is available whenever Google's platform reports that a privacy-options form is required. The prepared rewarded-ad configuration treats every ad request as under the age of consent. This restricted treatment can mean that Google's consent platform does not require a consent form before an ad request. Refusing or being ineligible for an ad does not block the core game.

4. Analytics and diagnostics

Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics are not enabled in version 1.0.3. The prepared version 1.0.4 also removes their libraries. Level-balance measurements remain on the device except when included in a Play Games cloud save. For a player already signed in to Play Games, cloud synchronization can happen automatically.

5. Notifications

Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on the device. They can be disabled in the game's Settings or in Android system settings. Cosmic Triples does not use remote push notifications.

6. Retention and deletion

Local data remains until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. App updates preserve local progress. Cosmic Triples does not create a standalone account. Play Games cloud data is managed through the player's Google Play Games account. See the data deletion instructions or contact akmangamesstudio@gmail.com.

7. Children

Cosmic Triples is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Younger and unknown-age players receive the same restricted, non-personalized, G-rated advertising treatment as every other player.

8. Sharing, sale, and security

Akman Games does not sell user data. Information is processed by Google only for the services and purposes described above or when legally required. Google services use encrypted transport. Cosmic Triples does not request contacts, photos, microphone, camera, precise location, financial information, or health information.
