Merge Bloom Island does not require a named account. Cloud backup, when enabled by an adult player, uses a randomly generated Firebase anonymous account.

Delete cloud data in the game

  1. Open Merge Bloom Island.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Open Privacy and Data.
  4. Select Delete Cloud Data.
  5. Confirm the deletion.

This permanently deletes the cloud save and the current anonymous Firebase account, then turns cloud backup off. It does not delete local progress stored on the device.

Delete local game data

Use the Reset Progress option in the game where available, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the game. Clearing local data does not necessarily delete a cloud save; delete cloud data first if cloud backup was enabled.

Request help

If in-game deletion fails, email akmangamesstudio@gmail.com with the subject "Merge Bloom Island data deletion". Because accounts are anonymous, include the anonymous identifier shown in Settings if it is available. Do not send a password or government identity document.

Data deleted and data retained

The cloud gameplay payload and the associated Firebase anonymous account are deleted through the in-game process. Service providers may retain limited security, fraud-prevention, advertising, consent, analytics, or diagnostic records for their own legal and operational retention periods. Data that can no longer be linked to an anonymous identifier may not be identifiable as belonging to a particular player.
